Your ticket grants you access to both the men’s and women’s matches on the same day. Be sure to arrive for the first match!

Travel
By Bike
Supporters can travel via bicycle*, for example, via the Taff Trail which runs from Cardiff Bay to Brecon. The stadium has cycle parking spaces located across the ground. Copies of the Cardiff cycle map are available by contacting [email protected].
On Foot
The most popular and picturesque means of reaching the stadium from the city center is on foot*. The final part of the leisurely stroll takes you along the banks of the famous River Taff and the grounds of Cardiff Castle. (Walking time approx. 20 mins).
By Train
Cardiff Central railway* station is about 1 mile from Sophia Gardens (walking time approx. 20 mins). Regular high-speed trains run between Cardiff and major towns and cities including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, and Swansea. For the latest train information, click here.
By Bus
Regular bus* services run from Cardiff Central Station to and from Cathedral Road (Sophia Gardens’ nearest bus stop). For further information, please visit cardiffbus.com.
By Car
There is no parking in the vicinity of Sophia Gardens other than disabled parking.

Accessibility
To book a wheelchair or accessible ticket, please contact the venue directly at 02920 419311, 9 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday.
A limited number of disabled parking bays are available for every match day at the venue, allocated on an application basis. For more details, please contact Sophia Gardens at 02920 419 382 or [email protected].

There are three accessible entrances to Sophia Gardens via Gate Two, Gate Four, and Gate Five. All-access entrances listed above are on a level surface with either tarmac or briquette. The accessible entrance will be event-dependent, so please check when booking which entrance suits your requirements.
Sophia Gardens’ Disability Liaison Officer will assist. Email [email protected] if you have any queries. On arrival, on-site stewards will be on hand to assist where required.
Accessible viewing areas are located in different areas around the venue, including:
- In front of the SA Group Stand
- In front of the Members’ Stand
- Elevated viewing platform at the back of the Castell Howell Stand – access via lift.
There are no specific areas of the ground that facilitate access for the ambulant disabled. However, there are lots of seats easily accessible by those using crutches, sticks, or walking frames. Please ask for more information when calling 02930 419311 to book your tickets.
Toilet facilities for disabled spectators are easily accessible around the ground. All toilets are secured via the use of a RADAR key to prevent misuse. A number of stewards and our main reception hold RADAR keys if required and will assist.
We welcome assistance dogs. Water bowls can be provided if needed, and the dog spend area is located on the back lawn of The Thatcher’s Pavilion.
The venue has a limited number of wheelchairs on site to provide easy, escorted access to seats. Venue wheelchairs cannot be pre-booked or booked for the whole event as they must be available to use at all times. Spectators wishing to hire wheelchairs in Cardiff can do so via the local Shopability.
Multi-Faith Room
A Multi-faith Room is available and located within the Sport Wales building near Gate 2. Please ask the nearest steward if you require assistance.
Shop
Visit the shop at Gate 2 to get all your Welsh Fire merchandise. Alternatively, you can shop online, here.
Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi is available at Sophia Gardens via The Cloud network.
Crowd Behaviour
The Hundred is for everyone. We want everyone to feel welcome on our match days and to have a brilliant experience. Anti-social or discriminatory behavior of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Reporting these types of behavior will help us to ensure The Hundred is a welcoming and inclusive competition for everyone.
If you experience or witness any anti-social or discriminatory behavior on a match day at Sophia Gardens, please report it as soon as possible by texting “Unite” to 60650, so that Sophia Gardens can deal with the issue promptly.
